As a hands on, working manager, I was responsible for the day to day activities associated with my field operations team of 6 technicians, 1 manager and contractors working in the company's largest region.  Responsibilities includes stocking and monitoring inventory levels, scheduling installation date and time, performing wireless and wired installations which include point to point and point to multipoint configurations, testing prior to customer handoff, quality assurance checks, scheduling trouble ticket dispatches, maintaining base station power systems, ensuring capital expenditures remain under budget each month, and performing site surveys to ensure sites meet the requirements for installations. Installations consist of POTs lines, T1 circuits, wireless broadband installations using Alvarion and Ubiquiti subscriber units, Cisco routers and Cisco switches.  More complex point to point installations, up to 300M of bandwidth, include LMR cable installations, Cielo, SAF and Dragon Wave microwave equipment installations and path align completion.
